COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

These weekend clinics are open to all students, families and SPS staff, regardless of enrolled school.

Please pre-register for all vaccine clinics. Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to provide consent. Anyone receiving a second dose or booster should bring their vaccination card with them to the clinic.
