The Lafayette Move-A-Thon is coming up on November 3rd! This event is always a favorite with our students and last year's Move-A-Thon was a giant success. Let's see if we can beat our own record!!
For those of you new to Lafayette, the Move-A-Thon is a one-day outdoor "move your body around the track" fundraising event. Students collect donations from friends and family based on how many laps they complete. It's a super fun day (music! snacks!) and the kids love being empowered to fundraise and set big goals. Friday, October 6th marks the first day of fundraising, so get ready!
There are prizes for top fundraisers and lots of opportunities to contribute, either by donating or volunteering!!
Look for some fun and informative handouts coming home with your students this week as we kick-off our fundraising efforts!
